A new procedure is opened pursuant to Articles 3, Paragraph 1, letter sss), 30 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, with the faculty for the proposer to exercise the right toReport within the meaning of art. 183, paragraph 15, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the granting of concession for the executive design, construction and operation of the hydroelectric plant in the Municipality of San Polo d'Enza (RE) To 416, 11 kW and for the duration of 20 years. Total project finance value net of VAT: EUR 9 726 600. CIG: 7155072832 - CUP: G44E17000890005.

The tender procedure has the object, pursuant to Article 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016 no. 50, the identification of an economic operator to whom he is to be entrusted with the modality of the concessionaire accepting, the executive design and the construction and management of the hydroelectric plant named, for twenty yearsAs well as the possible execution planning and the construction of the complementary public works made up of the crossbar at the base of the bridge on the SP513 provincial road, all to be carried out on the basis of the definitive design approved within the Single Authorization DET -AMB-2016-2335, and in compliance with what is defined by the lex specialis of pOpen procedure and acts forming an integral part thereof. From the date of conclusion of the contract, all the charges and the obligations of the concessionaire foreseen in the tender documents will take place. On the basis of the competition-based project contained in the Single Authorization, the reliance includes the execution of the following activities:
a) Executive design, including coorSecurity for design, as well as for obtaining all permits for the implementation of the interventions; (b) Implementation of the construction work of the plant in relation to the works to be carried out, including the coordination of safety during the Execution and management work; c) Management and maintenance of the new production plant; dEnergy; (d) any additional charges as provided for and better defined in the attached tender dossiers; - entry into C.C.I.A.A. Or similar foreign state register adhering to U.E. From which it appears that the enterprise is enrolled for a social purpose for activities coinciding with those of this project finance procedure.
