An open procedure is required under Article 3 1, letter sss), 30 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, with the faculty for the proposer to exercise the right of wayOne according to art. 183, paragraph 15, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the granting of concession for the executive design, construction and operation of the hydroelectric plant in the Municipality of San Polo d'Enza (RE) To 416, 11 kW and for the duration of 20 years. Total project value net of VAT: 9 726 600 EUR - CIG: 7108475324 - CUP: G44E17000890005.

The invitation to tender procedure, pursuant to Article 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016 no. 50, the identification of an economic operator to be entrusted with the modality of the concessionaire accepting, the executive design and the construction and management of the hydroelectric plant named, for 20 years from andAs well as the eventual executive design and construction of the additional public works made up of the crossbar at the base of the bridge on the SP513 provincial road, all to be carried out on the basis of the definitive design approved within the Single Authorization DET- AMB-2016-2335, and in compliance with what is defined by the lex specialis of the procedureOpen and the acts which form an integral part thereof. From the date of signing the contract, all the charges and the obligations of the concessionaire will be borne by the tender documents. On the basis of the single-authorization tender project, the reliance includes the execution of the following activities:
a) executive design, including the coordinateFor security in the design phase, as well as for obtaining all authorizations for the implementation of the interventions; (b) the execution of the construction work of the plant, in relation to the works to be carried out, including the coordination of safety during the Execution and work management; (c) management and maintenance of the new power plant(D) any additional charges as provided for and better defined in the attached tender documents.
