Conclusion of a framework agreement for conducting seminars / conferences in Upper Bavaria

The Hanns Seidel Foundation is a political foundation in the Legal form of a registered association with seat in Muenchen and the focal points political education, Fothe advancement of science, policy advice and policy analysis, giftedness, development cooperation and the maintenance of international contacts. The Hanns-Seidel-Foundation plans to conclude a framework agreement for the implementation of seminars with a conference center in Upper Bavaria for a period of 48 months.Starting of the framework agreement 1.6.2018.

For the eventStudents and employees of the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung e.V. are required to hold seminars in a suitable conference venue (accommodation, meals and seminar rooms with appropriate technical and media equipment) in Upper Bavaria. The conference site will provide professional customer management and high quality standards for conducting the seminarexpected. According to current planning, about 30 weekend seminars (Fr.-Sun.) With a duration of 2 overnight stays each year are planned. In rare cases it can come to weekends (Mon-Fri) with 1 4 nights. The seminar participants usually stay the entire time of the seminar, speakers and seminar leaders are only present for the time of their lecture and canpossibly even single meals and no overnight accommodation.
