Subject of the service is the reprocessing of reusable medical devices including medical devices of the critical "C" Risk group from the Bundeswehr Centerl Koblenz hospital, to ensure the operation of the functional departments (central operating room, specialist dentist center, outpatient surgery and endoscopy).

Compliance with the preparation steps as recommended by the Commission for Hospital Hygiene and Infection Prevention (KRINKO) at the Robert Koch Institute ( RKI) and the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) in the currently valid version is assumed.

The service provider has implemented a quality management system according to the latest version of DIN EN ISO 13485 and is certified by an accredited body of up to a maximum of 40, 000 StE (sterilizationunits) per year.

The validated reprocessing methods are based on the reprocessing methods of the BwZKrhs Koblenz:

- Mildly alkaline cleaning with upstream enzymatic pre-cleaning and subsequent thermal disinfection A0 3000 of the thermostable medical devices using the deconex TWIN PH10 and deconex TWINZYME from Borer Chemie;

- Mildly alkaline cleaning with enzyMatic pre-cleaning and chemothermal disinfection of the thermolabile medical products, in particular the flexible endoscopes with deconex ENDOMATIC and deconex 23 NEUTRAZYM from Borer Chemie;

- steam sterilization 134 with 18 min hold time (prion program);

- H2O2 sterilization with programs Flex, Duo, Express and Standard .

The service provider has capacities ready in case of a completeIf the processing in the BwZKrhs is able to take over the processing of the amount of used medical devices in an adequate time Availability of used medical devicesin the AEMP BwZKrhs Koblenz to pick up and deliver reprocessed medical devices. The delivery and collection rhythm should be in a 12 hour cycle over all calendar days in the year. The arrival times are:

- Delivery by 7.30 and 17.00 at the latest;

- Collection at the earliest at 8.00 and 17.30.

Documentation

The service provider has an instrument management and documentation system instacount PLUS version 4.0 and higher installed for documenting the preparation and the corresponding workplaces connected to the master database of the BwZKrh Koblenz.

There is a data exchange. The production data with the respective parametric protocols and the approval decision are copied to the documentation server of the BwZKrh Koblenz for storage.

The readyThe service provider is responsible for the provision of the necessary hardware and software for the provision of services.

The service provider documents individual medical devices and medical device systems with the associated UDI or serial number in the system, thus ensuring complete tracking of the life cycle of medical devices and evaluating bidirectionally at any timenn.

The installation qualification (IQ), function qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) for the software is carried out by the service provider at regular intervals recommended by the professional association, on its own responsibility.

Duration

The tender has a framework agreement with a duration from 4 years to the goal.
