Horticultural services.

Maintenance of the areas destined to green, of the gardens, of the ornamental trees and the flowerbeds in the territory of the communal territory there schools and public buildings as well as the road creeks without sidewalks falling in urban area.

The provisional guarantee is set at 2% (2%) of the amount cof the contract, amounting to EUR 9 792, 00 (EUR nine thousand seven hundred and ninety two / 00), and the definitive guarantee in the amount of 10% of the contract amount or to the greater extent determined pursuant to art. 103, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 50/2016. If the competitor is in possession of the certification of the company quality system and the provision provided for in article 40, paragraph 7, of the Codice, the temporary deposit and the definitive deposit are reduced by half.

At the time of signing the contract the successful tenderer must provide:

a) the definitive deposit to the extent and in the manner provided for in article 103 of the Code;

b) the liability insurance policy for a ceiling of no less than EUR 500 000.00 for RCTs and EUR 1 500 000.00 for RCO

The policies referred to in this subparagraph shallexpressly restrict the restriction to the Contracting Authority and must cover the entire contract period until the end of the approval of the test certificate.

The insurance guarantee provided by the contractor covers without any reserve the damages caused by the companies subcontractors and subcontractors. Where the contractor is a temporary association of competitors-the insurance guarantee provided by the mandatary leader covers without any reserve the damages caused by the principal companies.

The insurance policy RCT / RCO must be released complete with appendix with which the company undertakes to cover the risks deriving from the execution of this contract .

Municipal funds.

Professional qualification requirements:

- registration in the register imprese of the C.C.I.A.A. for activities concerning the subject matter of this contract or, if non-Italian companies resident in a U.E. State, in a similar professional or commercial register of the U.E. of residence. The Cooperatives must be registered in the Register of Cooperative Societies established with D.M. (Ministry of Productive Activities) of 23.6.2004,

- certificate of enrollment in the Registernational Environmental Managers in Category 1, Class D (collection and transportation of vegetable waste from green areas), in Category 2 Class F and Category 5 Class F.
