The contract, divided into n 4 (four) Lotti has as its object the signing of a Convention, in favor of the bodies mentioned below.

Main Site: At theoffices and premises of the Regional Health Service Administrations and Bodies indicated in the tender documents.

The contract concerns the signing of a Convention.

Prevailing Activity:

Supply service of hybrid vehicles in long-term rental without driver

Pena the exclusion from the tender as essential elements of the offer, each competitor must satisfy, also pursuant to qas stipulated in the Tender Specifications, the following conditions:

a) registration for activities related to the subject of this contract by the C.C.I.A.A. or in the register of the provincial commissions for the craft in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of art. 83 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (in the case of R.T.I. or Consorzi see the provisions of the tender regulations.) Pena exclusion from the procedure as an essential element of the offer, each competitor (according to the form in which he competes and in compliance with the specifications of the tender regulations) must satisfy the following condition : overall, in the last three years (2018/2017/2016), have achieved a global turnover, excluding VAT, almeno equal to 30% of the total auction base of the Lot (s) for which it competes.

1) The tender procedure is managed with the telematic system called Sintel, accessible from the website www.arca.regione.lombardia.it, the description and mode of use for the purposes of presenting the offer and specified in the tender regulations and the related Annex as well as in the technical manuals available on the sitor www.arca.regione.lombardia.it.

2) The specific provisions concerning the service, presentation methods and the evaluation elements of the offers, the single auction bases which can not be exceeded at the time of the offer, the exclusion from the tender, the subcontracting, the additional causes of exclusion and the other tender information is contained in the tender regulations and related attachments. The durata of the Contract commences from the date of signing of the Contract itself, with every single member / Board member. As foreseen in paragraph 4.1 of the tender regulations.

3) The modalities of participation in the case of a temporary grouping of companies, in the case of aggregations between companies participating in the network contract, and in the case of a consortium are governed by the tender regulations. 4

) The participation of competitors who are among themselves in one of the control situations pursuant to art. 2359 of the Italian Civil Code or in any report, even de facto, if the control situation or the report: i) implies that the offers are attributable to a single decision-making center, (ii) has influenced the formulation of the offer. They will also be excluded from theto tender competitors for which it is ascertained that the relative offers are attributable to a single decision-making center, based on univocal elements.

5) Partial and / or conditional bids are not allowed, as specified also in the tender regulations with annexes.

6) The competitors, with the submission of offers, allow the processing of their personal data, according to the DLgs. n. 196/2003 s.m.i. and of the 2016/679 EU Regulation, for the competition and contractual requirements.

7) Information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested according to the procedures indicated in the tender regulations, no later than the deadline of 22.3.2019 Time: 4.30 pm. The clarifications to the tender documents will be communicated / published with the procedures referred to in the Disciplinare di gara.

8)The competitors are required to indicate, at the time of submission of the offer, the domicile elected for the sending of communications, noting that they will be sent by ARCA S.p.A. with the methods indicated in the attachment above.

9) And designated as RUP Carmen Schweigl.

10) In the scheme of convention will be indicated the electronic ordering modalities and disciplined le-invoicing and electronic payment.

11) Subcontracting is permitted within the limits established by art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 with the obligation to indicate the provisions of paragraph 6 of the aforementioned art. 105 during the presentation of the offer.

12) The possibility of increasing or decreasing contractual performance is admitted up to a maximum of one fifth of the total amountcontractual provisions to the same agreements, prices and conditions, subject to adjustments required by current legislation. Option of the fifth obligation for the duration of the contract equal to EUR 842 462.40, excluding VAT, contract extension in case of non-erosion of the quantities during the validity period of the Contract.

13) Tenders may be submitted for a maximum of 4 lots.
