Open procedure for the long-term rental service of 32 vehicles.

Open procedure for assignment - according to the legal framework of the framework agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to art. 54, c. 3 of Legislative Decree 50/16, of the long-term rental service of n. 32 vehicles without driver, for replacement of vehicles used as fringe benefit to the 32 managers of AQP. CIG: 7831482763. Details of the service are contained in the Tender Regulations and in the special tender specifications.

Open procedure for assignment - according to the legal framework of the framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 54, c. 3 of Legislative Decree 50/16 - of the long-term rental service of n. 32 vehicles withoutdriver, to replace the vehicles used as fringe benefits for the 32 managers of AQP. CIG: 7831482763. The total estimated maximum amount of the services covered by the contract is based on the auction, for the entire duration of the same, of EUR 930 000 (plus VAT). The estimate of the security costs necessary for the elimination of interference risks is EUR 0.00.

The criteriaor of the award and that of the lower price, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 95, paragraph 4, lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, determined by indicating the unit prices offered on the list of the service categories envisaged for the execution of the contract.

Art. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. The detail of the service is contained in the Tender specifications and in the spectender.

a) Registration in the registers of the C.C.I.A.A. of which to the art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the activity concerning the subject of the contract. For companies not resident in ITALY, the aforementioned registration must result from a special document which must certify the registration itself in a similar professional or commercial register according to the legislation of the State of origin;

b) the inexistence of the reasons for exclusion from participation in tenders as per art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

c) non-existence of the conditions referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16-ter of Legislative Decree 165/2001 or referred to in art. 35 of the law decree 24.6.2014 n. 90 converted with amendments by the law 11.8.2014 n. 114 or that have been incurred, in accordance with current legislation, in further differencesto contract with the public administration. d) realization, in the last 3 financial years prior to the publication date of the call for tenders, of a minimum turnover in the sector of activity subject of the contract, not lower than the amount based on auction.
