Long-term rental service for 48 months of new cars and new vehicles with initial white registration for the ACSM-AGAM Group Companies.

Long-term rentals for 48 months n. 48 autovetture and new trucks of first registration of white color subdivided in the following quantities for the Society of the ACSM-AGAM Group:

- ACSM AGAM S.p.A. n. 1 car;

- ACSM AGAM Reti Gas Acqua S.p.A. n. 5 cars and 23 lorries;

- LARIO Reti Gas S.r.l. n. 1 car and no. 4 trucks;

- Enerxenia S.p.A. n. 1 car;

- ACEL Energie S.r.l .. n. 6 cars;

- AEVV Impianti S.r.l .. n. 2 cars;

- Varese Risorse S.p.A. n. 3 cars and n. 2 trucks.

As specified in paragraph 11. point 11.3 of the tender specifications.

1) The provisions of the tender regulations shall be observed under penalty of exclusion.

2) Controls on the content of the substitutive declarations: after receiving the substitutive declarations as requested by ACSM AGAM SpAit will proceed to appropriate checks, including by sample, on the veracity of the same, acquiring the necessary information ex officio. ACSM-AGAM S.p.A. may, to speed up the procedure, request the interested parties to indicate the competent administration and the indispensable elements for the retrieval of the information or data requested.

3) Starting from the date of publication of the notice oftender in the Official Journal of the European Union, the Competition Regulations and all the tender documentation will be available on the website https://gruppo-acsm-agam.acquistitelematici.it of the contracting authority, from where they can be downloaded for free. ) the award procedure is explained in paragraph 19. of the tender specifications.

5) It is specified that the Contractor mustinvoicing directly to the individual Companies of the Group the rental fees that will be their responsibility, in relation to the rental of the means required for each company.

6) Any disputes arising from the contract are the sole responsibility of the Monza Court.

7) The expenses related to the publication of the announcement and the notice on the results of the awarding procedure, aipursuant to art. 216, paragraph 11 of the Code and of the d.m. 2.12.2016 (Official Gazette 25.1.2017 No. 20), are to be borne by the successful tenderer and must be reimbursed to the contracting authority within the period of 60 days from the award. The estimated amount of publication costs is EUR 7 600.00 (seven thousand six hundred / 00) VAT. The contracting authority will inform the successful bidder of the amount of the billsof the aforementioned costs, as well as the related payment methods
