The LWB intends to procure Legionella drinking water testing services- 14 No. 3 TrinkwV to water supply systems in the city of Leipzig. The contractor will be commissioned to carry out the complete tests in accordance with EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018-03, d. H. with the samples, the laboratory tests, the examination reports and the information to the client and the health authority. The contractor is responsible for compliance with the orderliness of youConducting the drinking water tests in accordance with the statutory and official regulations, the relevant generally accepted rules of technology, as well as the European and national technical standards and regulations. The necessary drinking water tests refer to 650 hot water supply systems, which require about 5, 000 drinking water samples. For the submission of the offer, the forms specified by Central Purchasing must be used and completed and, where necessary, signed. Attachments must be enclosed on separate sheets.

The offer must be submitted as follows:

1) Proof of current registration in one handas long as the relevant provisions of the Member State make it compulsory at the registered office or domicile of the candidate; Proof not older than 1 year;

2) Proof of accreditation by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS);

3) Proof of registration as investigation body for drinking water examinations acc. - 15 Abs. 4 TrinkwV;

4) Self-declaration that-no exclusion reasons according to -- 123 and 124 GWB are available (Form 1);

5) Tenderers' groups have to submit a legally binding, signed declaration by all their members, in which:

- the formation of a consortium is declared on request,

- all Members are listed,

- one of all the members against the client in the tendering process andbeyond that, it is unrestrictedly designated for each member of the authorized representative and

the joint and several liability of all members is declared (form 234).

6) A special legal form of the grouping and / or working group is not required. Multiple applications, d. H. parallel participation as a single bidder and at the same time as a member of a biddercommunity, are not allowed.
