Framework agreement for the provision of preventive measures in non-operational and operational environments -- 20 ff SGB V (01/52/2019)

The subject of the service to be provided is the implementation of measures for health promotion and prevention in non-operational environments, as well as in the context of corporate health promotion.

The IKK classic intends in the context of the open-house procedure to conclude framework agreements with all suitable service providers for the provision of preventive measures in non-operational and operational environments -- 20 ff SGB V. The framework agreement runs until 31.12.2023. Joining is possible at any time, provided that the basic and additional qualification of the service provideringers and the specialists employed by them (employees) meet the quality criteria according to -- 20 and 20a and 20b SGB V in conjunction with the guideline Praevention of the GKV-Spitzenverband of 21.6.2000, in its valid version.

This notice applies not the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24 / EC) or dit antitrust law.
