The health insurance companies in Rhineland-Palatinate offer the conclusion of non-exclusive framework contracts for the provision of services of the Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care (SAPV) according to - 37 b SGB V In accordance with - 132 d SGBV with any possibility of contract conclusion (open-house model) for the-under II.2.3) within the period from 1.6.2018 to 31.5.2022. The contract is concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants: contract contents, terms and access procedures are uniform, individual negotiations are not conducteda maximum of 48 months, the earliest date of the contract is 1.6.2018. Insured persons of the statutory health insurance funds are entitled to benefits from the (SAPV) in accordance with - 37 b SGB V. This refers to pure specialized, interdisciplinary complex service consisting of nursing and medical partial services. The specialists used will generally require a speciContinuing education as a palliative care specialist or as a palliative care practitioner. The achievement takes place basically outpatient in the own property, the nursing home or the hospice instead. Any suitable service provider may become party to the framework contract. He assumes a comprehensive non-exclusive supply contract for the coverage area. A contract-is possible at any time until the expiry of the contract.
All contracts end no later than 31.5.2022, regardless of the date of the respective contract. An accession or a contract can be made at any time and under the same conditions. Interested companies can request the participation documents as well as the contract documents at the contact address mentioned under I.1). VerTraces to the SAPV will be concluded for the first time with effect from 1.6.2018. Interested parties wishing to become contractual partners on this date must submit the contract documents to be submitted by 30.4.2018 at the address specified under I.3). Later contract terms are possible during the 28-month maximum term on the first of each month. For those interested in diIf the contracting party wishes to become a party, the receipt of the contract documents must be submitted by the end of the second month preceding the month in which the contract was intended (for example, receipt 30.4., at the start of contract 1.6.). This publication does not constitute the award of a public service contract within the meaning of the 2014 Procurement Coordination Directive/ 24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and of the law on public procurement. In order to ensure the widest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of the contract, it is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
