Completion of non-exclusive framework agreements for the provision of services of the Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care (SAPV) according to - 37 b SGB V in conjunction with - 132 d SGB V (open-house model). Note: This procedure is not subject to changeThe health insurance funds in Rhineland - Palatinate offer the conclusion of non - exclusive framework contracts for the provision of services of the Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care (SAPV) according to - 37 b SGB V i. V. m. - 132 d SGBV with any possibility of the conclusion of the contract (open-house model) for-the supply area referred to in II.2.3) within the period from 1.1.2018 to 31.12.2021. The contracts are concluded in the form of an open-house model. The open-house model applies uniform conditions for all participantsmaximum 48 months, the earliest start of the contract is 1 January 2018. Insured persons of the statutory health insurance funds are entitled to benefits of the (SAPV) according to - 37 b SGB V. This means pure, specialized, interdisciplinary complex services consisting of nursing and medical services. The experts used in this case basically require onespecial training for the palliative care specialist or the palliative physician. The service is fundamentally carried out outpatient in its own home, the nursing home or the hospice. Any suitable service provider may become the contractual partner of the framework contract. It thus implements a comprehensive non-exclusive supply contract for the supply area. A contract withshall be possible at any time until the contract expires.

All contracts end at 31.12.2021 at the latest, irrespective of the date of the contract. An accession or a contract may be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Interested companies can request the participation documents and the contract documents at the contact address given under I.1)n. Contracts for SAPV are concluded for the first time with effect from 1 January 2018. Interested parties wishing to become contractors on this date must submit the contract documents to be submitted by 1 December 2017 at the address mentioned under I.3). Closer conclusion of the contract is possible during the forty-eight-month maximum period for the first month.
