Framework agreement on communication services

As a state-owned group of companies in Berlin, Gruen Berlin operates in two main business areas: The Development and management of parks and the planning and implementation of open space, infrastructureoriginal and building construction projects. For Gruen Berlin, the focus is currently on the communication of the individual business fields. On the basis of the following premisses, the goal is to consistently align the communicative activities and continue the communicative path already taken. In addition to these two central aspects in the communication of the business fields (entryobligatory parks; Freiraum-, Infrastruktur- und Hochbauprojekte) is a revised communication for Gruen Berlin planned ("Corporate Communications.") For the strategic and operational support of communication activities Gruen Berlin is looking for a full-service communication partner.

Gruen Berlin writes a framework contract for services in the areah Communication from (Full-Service: Public Relations & Marketing).

The following documents must be enclosed with the application for participation:

a) Self-declaration in the original, that the applicant does not exclude in accordance with -- 123, 124 Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschraenkungen (GWB) in the version of the announcement of 26.6.2013, last changed by Art. 6 Second G to strengthen the procedural rights ofAccused in criminal proceedings and the Aend. of the Schoeffenrecht v. 27.8.2017 (BGBl. I p. 3295);

b) where applicable, the application for a Community of applicants from which the members of the consortium intend to form a consortium in the case of an order and the authorized representative; c) if necessary (as far assubcontractor`s declaration, which shows that the subcontractor is obligated to execute the subcontractor`s service in the case of an order (declaration of commitment), as well as which parts of the order are to be subcontracted, with the appropriate aptitude certificates (see below).

Evidence and statements from other Member Statesof the European Union must be submitted in a translation. Please note that the explanations and explanations given above regarding statements and evidence from other Member States of the European Union are also relevant to the economic, financial and technical and professional capacity of candidates from other Member States. There is a negotiated procedure with a Europe-wide competition in accordance with -- 17 Abs. 2 Vergabeverordnung (VgV) of 12.4.2016 (BGBl. I S. 624).

Forms and further documents for this competition and the application are not available. However, the contracting authority asks the candidates for the structure of the EU-notice to orientate. Costs for the participation in the procedure will not be refunded. Questions concerning the competition must be submitted by 8.11.2019 at the latest.
