Candidates must possess experience, equipment and references for the execution of similar activities, as well as withobscurity of the rules and laws governing the execution of services of the type requested.
Requests to participate, to be received by the date indicated in point IV.3.4), must be complete with documents and / or declarations (for meetings of companies the documents and / or declarations of all the companies) reported in points III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3), under penalty of exclusion from the tender.
The candidates, to send the information and declarations required in points III.1.1, III.1.2 and III.1.3. (Relating to the situation of economic operators, economic and financial capacity and technical capacity) will have to use the form template for the document of a single European tender (DGUE) provided for by the European Commission Execution Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016.
Candidatesati must also provide:
- the declaration on the non-existence of the exclusion conditions referred to in article 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,
- CCIAA certificate,
- DURC,
- Anti-mafia declaration / White list.
a) Achieving turnover for activities similar to those covered by this contract net of VAT - referring to the sum of the last 3 (three) years - not less than EUR 1 300 000.
b) Aattach copy of the last 3 (three) balance sheets deposited.
c) n 1 Bank statement, in original, certifying that the financial situation of the candidate allows him to conduct services successfully.
