Provisional security deposit, estimated at 2% (two per cent) of the total estimated amount based on the auction
Own budgetary means. Payment within 60 days from the day of the month of receipt of the invoice.
- registration in the Register of theand Companies for the activities related to the supply in question, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, co. 3 D.Lgs. 50/2016;
- there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 D.Lgs. 50/2016;
- compliance with the national employment contract and any territorial and / or company integrations and safety regulations in the workplace, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as allthe legal obligations towards employees or associates;
- only for operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001: authorization issued under the D.M. 14.12.2010;
- supplies similar to those provided for in the present call for applications, carried out in the last three years in public administrations, public bodies-and / or private clients, of a minimum total amount equal to that placed at auction basis.
The possession of the requirement must be proven as follows:
• original or certified copy of the certificates issued by the administration / contracting entity or private client, with the indication of the object, amount and period of execution;
Or alternatively:
• copy of invoicesup to the minimum amount required.
- there is no subsistence, also referring to the possible / to the eventual subcontractors, of the causes of exclusion as per art. 80, co. 1, 2, 4 and 5, of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
