The Forestry Office Wredenhagen intends to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor per lot or batch Partial for the provision of services of harvesting in 2019.

- The client reserves himself before, the statements made by appropriateProof of evidence (-45 and 48 VgV). If the certification / EEE does not cover all the proofs of suitability required by the client, the missing proofs / statements must be enclosed with the offer separately.

- Information from the client will be sent by post, mBy means of a telecopy, transmitted directly or electronically, the contracting authority recommends that companies interested in the contract indicate their interest in the award procedure by e-mail (rene.schlunze@lfoa-mv.de) to the client. Only in this way can the contracting authority inform potential bidders about any subsequent changes in the tender documents. The incoming interest statementwill be deleted at the end of the Offer Closing Date; processing or disclosure of the data will not take place. Alternatively, the contracting authority recommends that the interested company inform itself regularly on the actuality of the documents it processes on the market place Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on the basis of the version numbers.
