The contract concerns the awarding of the sumfood management for the needs of the catering service of the Scuola Normale Superiore, divided into 11 lots. The exact description of the supplies requested is given in the technical specifications.

The procedure for choosing the contractor is it carries out in online mode and all the tender documentation, for the purposes of participation, and is available on the Tuscany Regional Purchasing System (START) - accessible toThe address https://start.toscana.it. The offers must be formulated by the economic operators and received by the Contracting Authority exclusively by means of the same START system.
