On November 24th, 2011 the City Council of Cologne renewed and extended the stage ensemble onOffenbachplatz decided. Construction began in 2012, and reopening was scheduled for November 2015. Due to massive problems in the planning and execution of the building services and the associated problems with fire protection, the opening had to be canceled in summer 2015. The construction site has been restructured since 2016, which included changing the planof the building services and the conclusion of agreements with the contracted companies. Such agreements could not be concluded for all contracted companies, so now there are new tenders for some building services, including the warmth, sprinkler, heavy current, ventilation and cold trades.
The subject of this tendering procedure are die Services provided by the fire extinguishing systems trade (award unit V 49 H1). Services to be carried out include the dismantling of existing sprinkler and spray flood pipes including sprinkler and spray heads as well as new installations of sprinkler, spray flood, dry and wet fire water pipes, equipment of a sprinkler control center and sprinkler sub-control centers.
Disassembly:
- approx. 4, 300 piecesSprinkler and sprinkler heads,
- approx. 3 300 meters of sprinkler and spray water pipes DN 25-DN 200.
New installation:
- approx. 7 000 pieces of sprinkler and sprinkler heads,
- approx. 11 200 meters of sprinkler, spray flood, dry and wet Extinguishing water pipelines DN 25-DN 300, threaded pipe roll groove pipe, including fittings and accessories DN 25-DN 300,
- approx. 8 pieces zone check,
- 1 piece DN 150 wet alarm valve station,
- 1 piece DN 80 spray water valve station,
- approx. 10 pieces DN 150 spray water valve station,
- approx. 20 pieces wall hydrant F,
- approx. 14 pieces fire water supply,
- 2 pieces fire-fighting pump with diesel drive, 12, 5 m / min, 110 m conveyor height including exhaust system,
- repair work,
- commissioning,
- maintenance work for 4 years.
The callexercise is based on so-called extended design planning. The execution planning is not yet available. With this tender, the creation of the execution plan is included as a requirement item. f) If a bidder (or a group of bidders) wants to rely on the capabilities of another company to prove his / her economic, financial or technical ability to carry out the present contract (this also applies to parent companies) and subsidiaries), he / she has auch for this company to provide evidence of a) -c);
