Risk Analysis Service

Definition of Strategic Asset Allocation and measurement of the risk of the financial portfolio of Inarcassa.

Main Site: Via Salaria, 229 Rome 00199.

The following services for the definition of the Strategic Asset Allocation and measurement of the risk of the financial portfolio:

a) determinationand updating of the various securities and real estate funds, reference indexes for each sub-fund, the diversification characteristics of each sub-fund, the weights of the various sub-funds;

b) estimating the volatility and expected returns of the investment classes, individual sub-funds and of the total portfolio of Inarcassa;

c) estimate of the correlations between the individual sub-funds;

d)analysis of sensitivity of the results to the variation of the estimated parameters (expected returns, volatility, correlations) and of the hypotheses carried out (inflation, taxation); e) measurement of the risk of the aggregate portfolio compared to the overall strategic benchmark; portfolios aggregated into investment classes / sub-funds;

g) risk measurement of strategy dinvestment of external management;

h) measurement of the investment strategy of the invested UCITS; i) measurement of the investment strategy risk of direct asset management; (i) quarterly information sessions aimed at the Inarcassa Collegiate Bodies aimed at illustrate, deepen and share the activities indicated above, as well as the topics-o the economic scenarios that will be specified by the Bodies themselves.

Only legal entities possessing the following subjective and objective requisites are admitted to participate in the procedure:

possession of the requisites as per art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16. For the purposes of assessments relating to the possession of the requirements referred to in this point, vis---vis competitorsnon-Italians, Inarcassa reserves the right to ask the bidders to provide the necessary supporting documents, if necessary using the cooperation of the competent authorities. If no document or certificate is issued by another State of the European Union, it is sufficient evidence for admission to the procedure, an affidavit, or, in the Member States wheresuch declaration, a declaration made by the interested party before a competent judicial or administrative authority, to a notary or a professional body qualified to receive it from the country of origin or provenance,

registration with the C.C.I.A.A. for the category covered by the contract, or an equivalent register in the case of companies not subject to such registration or, incase of foreign companies, equivalent certificate, according to the legislation in force in the country of origin,

presence of a permanent establishment in the territory of the Italian Republic.

General and specific business volume.

Neither the Notice, nor the Disciplinary constitute a contract proposal or offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 cod. civ. but a simple invitation to offer. Inarcassa reserves the diritto:

(i) not to award or proceed with the stipulation of the Contract even in the presence of a single Offer presented and / or valid in the event that none of the submitted offers is deemed suitable or convenient;

(ii) to extend the terms, suspend, interrupt, annul and revoke the Procedure at any time, without such occurrence being a basis for any recoursehiesta of indemnity or compensation for damages, for any reason, from the Bidders.

The competition will be awarded even in the presence of a single offer considered valid and worthy of acceptance. With regard to the temporary contractor, the offer is valid until the Contract is signed. The receipt of the eventual offer does not entail any obligation or commitment for the INARASSAhearing of the Offeror, gives the latter any right to any performance and / or compensation, for any reason or title, by Inarcassa. Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that the data provided will be processed by Inarcassa for purposes related to the Procedure and for any subsequent stipulation of the Contract. All documentation sent by daglthe Bidders remain vested in the deeds of Inarcassa and will not be returned, even partially, to the Bidders not awarded (with the exception of the provisional deposit that will be returned, upon request of the party, according to the law). All the documentation requested must be presented, on pain of exclusion, in Italian.

The self-declarations presented will be subject to verification, according to the current provisions of the law.

It should be noted that if the successful bidder fails to perform the required services with the due appraisal and / or within the contractual terms, the final deposit will be applied and all means of protection provided by the Call for Tenders will be applied, from the contract and from the norms in force.

Offers will not be taken in consideration superior to the amounts put on base d'auction.

To participate in the procedure, the interested parties will have to:

1. connect to the Inarcassa client profile at the IP address http://www.inarcassa.it/site/home/bandi-ed-esitidi-gara.html and, by selecting the procedure identified by the Inarcassa Procedure number "GAP 21/17" register at the Procurement Portal, by activating the "Register" function in the Call for tender and contract sectionyou - "Accessing Economic Operators";

2. access the "Access to Economic Operators" section with the credentials obtained during registration on the Portal referred to in the previous point;

3. review the instructions for taking part in the electronic tender provided in the "Operational Manual for the participation of the Telematic Tenders";

4. with particular reference to the signer of the offer, be in possessionof a valid digital signature.
