CPV Description: Facilities management services.

Technological systems management service: government services, maintenance services and supervisory services for the period 2018/2022;

The contract relates to the government services and maintenance services of the technological systems installed at the the buildings of municipal property or competence as well as the supervisory services (see tender specifications);the government and maintenance services of the technological systems installed at the buildings owned by the municipality or the supervisory authorities. * Professional qualification requirements, article 83, paragraph 1, lett. a) and paragraph 3, d. lgs. 50/2016 indicated in the specifications of the tender;

a) The interested parties will be able to formulate questions and request clarifications exclusively in writing-with the modalities provided for by the regulations of the tender;

b) The contract does not contain the arbitration clause;

c) Payment of the contribution under penalty of exclusion, in favor of ANAC, with the modalities and the amount provided for in the tender specifications ; d) We will proceed to the awarding even in the presence of a single valid offer;

e) In the case of a score, the offer will be preferred.brought the highest score in the technical offer; in case of further parity, proceed by drawing lots;

f) Increasing economic offers will be excluded.

g) The competitor must indicate the domicile elected as well as the fax number and the PEC address for communications. Communications outside the Sintel platform will only take place via p.e.c. that is, in case of missed futhe competitor's PEC box, by fax (see tender specifications)
