III.1.1.1) Evidence includes:

III.1.1.2) Evidence of suitability:
The suitability can be confirmed by entry in the List of Companies and Suppliers (ULV) or in the list of the Association for Pre-qualification of Construction Companies e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis) proved or by self-declaration gem. Form V 124.H F (self-declaration of suitability) provisionally proven. Form V 124.H F (Self-declaration of suitability) will be attached to the tender documents and can be found at https://senstadtfms.stadt-berlin.de/intelliform/forms/eabau/berlin/v_124hf/index.
The Single European Self-Declaration (EEE) can be used as preliminary proof of suitability
If the offer of an unqualified or non-ULV listed company comes within the narrower rangel, the certificates given in Form V 124.H F must be submitted within 6 calendar days of the request. If the offer of a prequalified or ULV registered company is shortlisted, the company also has the specific order related certificates of turnover and references given on page 1 of form V 124.HF within6 calendar days after being requested, provided that the contracting authority verifies that the documents filed in the prequalification register or in the ULV do not or insufficiently substantiate the described requirements qualitatively and / or quantitatively. Equivalent certificates must be provided by foreign companies.
If one of the candidates / tenderers supports themits suitability for other companies, is the respective number in the ULV or in the Praequalifikationsverzeichnis or the declarations and certificates according to the form V 124.H F or the EEE are also to be submitted for these other companies on request. If the capacities of other companies are claimed in accordance with - 6d EU paragraph 1 VOB / A, according to - 6d EU paragraph 3 VOB / A die proof in accordance with the evidence required in points III.1.1.1), III.1.2.1), III.1.3.1) and VI.3.1) for these companies as well.
According to - 6d EU (1) sentence 5 VOB / A the tenderer has the possibility to replace other companies whose capacity the tenderer has used, if that company does not meet the relevant eligibility requirementor in the case of exclusion in accordance with - 6e EU, paragraphs 1 to 5, VOB / A.
III.1.2.1) Evidence includes:
- a statement of the company's turnover in each of the last 3 completed business years, insofar as it is construction work and other benefits that are comparable to the performance to be awarded, including the share in common with other companiescarry out executed orders. If the tenderer declares in his tendered offer that he will form a bidding / working group in case of placing the order, it shall be ensured that all members of the bidding / bidding community are jointly and severally liable and an authorized representative is appointed.
III.1.2. 2) Proof of suitability:

The contracting authority will request an extract from the Central Trade Register at the Federal Office of Justice for the bidder who is to be awarded the contract. Foreign bidders must provide equivalent certificates from their country of origin. The contracting authority will, for the bidder who is to be awarded the contract, register Bqueries in the Corruption Register of the Land Berlin. The contracting authority will submit an inquiry in accordance with the EU Sanctions Regulations for Combating Terrorism and Enforcement of Embargoes (EC) No 881/2002 of 27.5.2002, 753/2011 of 1.8.2011 and 2580/2001 of 27.12.2001 initiate the financial sanctions lists (www.finanz-Sanktionsliste.de/fisalis/jsp/index.jsf).
