The planned building is the construction of a primary school with an integrated sports hall with 3 hall sections on the corner lot Chausseestrasse 82 / Boyenstrasse 1-9 in Berlin-Mitte. The non-basement building has a ground floor, 5 upper floors and in some areas a sixth upperfloor with exit to the roof technology. The maximum above-ground exterior dimensions are L x W x H = 47.59 x 31.63 x 25.77 m.

- Fa-ade work: (exterior windows, exterior doors, all fa-ade coverings, facade fa-ades), - substructure: for pre-ventilated fa-ade cladding large format aluminum sheets.

With vertical support profiles made of aluminum and wall brackets.

III.1.1.1) Evidence includes:

III.1.1.2) Proof of fitness for purpose:

Suitability can be entered in the List of Companies and Suppliers (ULV) or in the list of the Association for the Pre-qualification of Construction Companies e. V. (Praequalifiktion list) or by self-declaration acc. Form V 124.H F (self-declaration for suitability) provisionally proved. Form V 124.HF (self-declaration on suitability) will be attached to the tender documents and can be downloaded from https://senstadtfms.stadt-berlin.de/intelliform/forms/eabau/berlin/v_124hf/index.

If the offer of an unqualified or non-ULV listed company is short listed, the certificates given in Form V 124.H F must be submitted within 6 calendar days of the request. The contracting authority will receive an excerpt from the commercial file for the tenderer wishing to receive the contracttralregister to the Federal Office of Justice. Foreign bidders must provide equivalent certificates from their country of origin.
