The property is part of a new developmentsgebietes, the LabCampus on the West Airside of Munich Airport. The new building with 6 floors has a length of 55 m and a width of 39 m. This is essentially a reinforced concrete construction with flat slabs, in some areas steel composite or steel structures are used. The building is not basement.
The ground floor is divided into a public lobbyarea and in the back of house. The more than 1 000 m large living lobby is largely two-storey, open plan and oriented over a large glass facade in the direction of the south located Isarboulevards. The BoH includes the delivery, kitchen and storage areas and the premises of the employees. On the 1st floor are next to the first 13 guest rooms also2 conference rooms with sanitary facilities, the fitness area with a view into the lobby and the administration. The front area of the hotel is formed by a priority with 18 parking spaces, which runs around an Auhain. Entrance and exit are regulated by barrier systems. On the east side are the garbage house and Trafor
The services are not provided in the security area of the airport.
a) Self-declaration,

a) The client is exclusively a sector contractor according to - 100 (1) No. 2 GWB.
b ) On forms of cooperation in the present award procedure:
The documents named under III.1.1) to III.1.3) are in the presence of a candidateIf the candidate or a member of a candidate association intends to rely on other enterprises (eg subcontractors) to demonstrate economic, financial, technical or professional capacity to work, then they shall be required to submit them to each other under III.1.2) to III.1.3)provided documents for the other companies in a separate application form, insofar as the reference to the efficiency of third parties is made. d) The contracting authority has drawn up an application form for the submission of the applications for participation. This is to be used for the submission of the participation application. The applications for participation must be submitted in text form by the closing date (see point IV.2.2).
E) Conclusion on the expiry of the negotiated procedure:
