Organization and implementation of the Parliamentary Summer Festival of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks.

The next parliamentary summer festival takes placeon 16. or 17.6.2020 instead. For this event, the BImA plans to hire an event agency to conduct the evening summer party in the Kronprinzenpalais (KPP), Unter den Linden 3, 10117 Berlin. The "Parliamentary Summer Festival" will be held in the garden and in the ground floor rooms of the Kronprinzenpalais.

The tasks of the agency include in particular the planning, organization

1) Invitation management;

2) Decoration, furniture, technology;

3) Personnel;

4) Musical design;

5) Catering.

The employer`s liability insurance hat least the following sums insured per claim:

If the public liability insurance currently does not meet the aforementioned coverage or if no public liability insurance has yet been taken out, the tenderer is obliged, in the event of award of the contract, to pay DeSelf-declaration on the total turnover of the enterprise as well as turnover with regard to the tendered type of service, in each case for the last 3 completed business years (included in form B-02) Tenderers are obliged to tender, all members of the Tendererthe nature and extent of the service section of the respective member as well as a member as authorized representative. Tenderers must undertake, in the case of the award of the contract, to execute the contract with the other named members of the grouping of undertakings as a consortium and for all those involved in the contractliabilities are jointly and severally liable. The bidder can alternatively to the "bidder information with self-explanations" according to - 50 para. 1 VgV the Uniform European Self-declaration ( The awarding authority requests documents not submitted to the EEE in accordance with - 50 paraAccording to the budget of EUR 115 000 plus VAT, bids will be evaluated solely on the basis of the concepts to be submitted. This budget must cover all costs incurred in connection with the provision of the service.

Before submitting an offer, the tenderer must inquire about all the circumstances which are necessary for the executionProof of eligibility and non-existence of exclusion grounds may be provided, in whole or in part, by participation in prequalification systems.

Questions will only be answered if they are received no later than 17.10.2019, 12.00 hrs e-allocation platform of the federal government (www.evergabe-online.de). The bidders are self-employedto inform about changes in the tender documents as well as answering questions by the contracting authority and to take them into account in the tendering process. Ignoring any changes may lead to the exclusion of the offer.

Each eligible offer will be assigned a gross concept value of EUR 300.

Each bidder may only have one conceptnreichen. This concept must include a nice weather variant and a bad weather variant.

The concept must be submitted with a project plan (time planning).

If one of the above mentioned minimum requirements is not met, the concept will be excluded from the evaluation!

The bid with the highest total score will be awarded (maximum 109 points).
