Comparative investigation to determine the traffic effectiveness of light rail vehicles, cable cars, BRT systems and a subway in the district of Muenchen The subject of the call for tenders are services for carrying out a comparative studyen Investigation into the determination of the traffic effectiveness of light rail vehicles, cable cars, BRT systems and a subway in the district of Muenchen.

Main Site: Muenchen district

The district of Muenchen would like to carry out a detailed study on the traffic sense of a light rail / subway / cable car or a BRT system, in particular as regards transport optionsPassenger demand in the forecast year 2030 (depending on the working basis used can also be the forecast year 2035) in general in order to keep appropriate routes open and to be able to contribute to further implementation.

It is the task of the expert to design the transport systems in four sub-areas ( Light rail / subway / cable car and BRT system) in their verkehrlichen effect to compare. This is done in a first step on the basis of criteria that show the basic traffic sense or demand for transport. If positive results are achieved here, further investigations are to be carried out for particularly promising variants. a. OeV follow-up costs operating costs, capital costs etc .; the environment andDetermine CO2 savings, etc., in order to be able to evaluate them conclusively.

There is a vote or the regular exchange with the project-accompanying working group (AK).

Aim is a study, which shows which routes and variants are basically meaningful for traffic or which variants should not be pursued further. The investigations are carried out in succession in many casesr partial rooms. The rooms are examined in this order:

1. Subspace North 2nd Subspace West 3rd Subspace East 4th Subspace South In order to ensure the most rapid and economic flow possible for the examinations, proceed as follows for each subspace according to the following 3-step procedure:

Stage 1:

In the first stage All Mitfaelle are individually on the puree Transport demand. If the exact route is not predetermined by preliminary investigations or by the client, it is the task of the contractor to develop these in such a way that the greatest possible traffic benefits are created. The assessor gives a recommendation for each felony, whereby he either recommends to take over the fate unchanged in stage 3, or the Mitfallto optimize (level 2) or not follow it up. The results are presented to the client or the AK. At the conclusion of stage 1, the principal decides on the basis of the previous recommendations for each casualty whether he should be further considered, modified, deferred or discarded.

Level 2 (optional for each case):

The mitigations to be modified from level 1 whooptimized by the contractor (eg with regard to route, length, route, location and number of stops). In this step, it is expressly possible to deviate from the specifications of preliminary investigations or the client. These modified cases are then subjected to another traffic demand investigation. The new results are again deClient or AK. Finally, a ranking list is again formed (Mitfaelle, which also after level 2 are not promising, will not be pursued or set back. Level 3 (optional for each Mitfall):

For the remaining Mitfaelle (from the stages 1 and 2) are finally -berschlaegig to determine the investment costs and it is a monetaere ratingto carry out the benefit. The aim is a fair value estimate, or benefit / cost estimation on the basis of which a clear recommendation for action is drawn up by the contractor. In particular, it is to be clarified per subspace whether and, if so, which relations are meaningful and which means of transport should be preferred here.
