Specialist planning for HLS technique according to Part 4, Section 2, HOAI in the course of the renovation of the class tract "Neubau 1974" at the Johann Heinrich Alsted School, Mittenaar.

The Johann-Heinrich-Alsted-Schule in 35756 Mittenaar is a primary, junior and junior high school with a foerder level, which is currently attended by approx. 565 students. The school was founded in 1965 at its current location. The building to be renovated bears the name "Neubau 1974" and was expanded twice in the following years after 1974. The following rooms are currently in the buildingde: work rooms, computer rooms, recreation hall, toilets, natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology), music, art, general classrooms SEK I as well as the complete elementary school, including mentoring.

The gross floor area is approximately 3 685 m and divides up in basement, ground floor and 1st floor up. It is a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with partial useof finished parts. The cubic structure originally had a flat roof, which was raised by a sloping saddle roof made of fiber cement corrugated sheets about 20 years ago.

In parts of the building, the existing partition walls are not led to the raw ceiling, they end at the height of the ceiling panels. The escape and rescue route situation is mangelhaft. It lacks partially the 2nd structural escape and rescue route. A fire protection concept should be created in the course of the action planning and the implementation should be based on. The existing building technology, especially the ventilation system is over-aged and needs renovation. The windows and Au-enwaende do not meet today's energy standard, the renovation is gem. valid EnEV umzIn the course of the pending fundamental restructuring, a conversion should also take place. The elementary school is to be moved from the 1st floor to the ground floor, the natural sciences to be renovated are planned for the future on the first floor. It is planned to install a stairwell including a lift to ensure accessibility.

During the refurbishment workThe building must be completely or partially cleared. Therefore, substitute classrooms, z. B. in the form of containers required. The actual planning services of object planning are issued as a step order. It is intended to commission first the performance phase 1 to 4 (until completion of the approval planning)the follow-up building sections is provided. Following the granting of the building permit, the continuation of the project in construction and service sections is intended; the continuation is subject to the regulations of the funding authorities of the KIP-II program of the state of Hesse.

The required explanations and proofs are under obligatory use of the application form (see also VI .3).The declarations are, where required, legally binding to sign. All evidence and explanations are to be written in German. The supporting documents and their respective documents must be clearly identified and submitted in the order indicated in the instructions for processing the application form. Submitted application documents will not be acceptedrueckgesandt. The following proofs must be submitted under mandatory application of the enclosed forms:

a) Details of the company with proof of the authorization of the engineer responsible for the project to manage the professional title of engineer (from the provider of the technical design HLS-Technik).

Documents submitted beyond the required application documents are not taken into consideration. The required information and explanations ared to issue / submit to candidate / working groups of all members of the Community. Applications for participation will only be considered upon presentation of the completed and signed application form. All documents and declarations must be up to date (not older than 6 months from the date of publication). Excluded here are the proofs of entitlementfor the title of architect / engineer. For consortia, the required documents must be provided to all members, with each member having to prove his or her suitability for the part of the service that it is supposed to undertake. The breakdown of the service components within the consortia must be indicated. As far as the applicant intendsSubmit partial services to another company or another freelancer, must provide appropriate evidence and statements for this / these who allow for this part of the aptitude test of the entrepreneur or freelancer.

With the participationapplication for proof of existing insurance must be submitted. In the case of lesser sums insured than mentioned in point III.1.2, an additional confirmation from the insurance company is required to show that the sums are raised to at least the required amount in the case of an order;

b) declaration by the applicant in accordance with - 45 (4), Sentence 4 VgV over the totalturnover (fees for specialist planning services for HLS technology) gross in million euros in the last 3 business years (2015, 2016 and 2017);

c) declaration of the applicant according to - 46 (3), sentence 8 VgV on the number of permanent employees Employees for specialist planning services of HLS technology on average for the last 3 business years (2015, 2016 and 2017) Annex 7.

The required AusIn the case of applications / working groups, the names and declarations must be given or given by all members of the community. Applications for participation will only be considered upon presentation of the completed and signed application form.
