1) Description with Verwill drive the services of the technical equipment for the plant group (AG) 8 gem. - 53 HOAI awarded for stage B of the Pergamon Museum on the Museum Island Berlin in the Lph 2 to 9. The construction work PMU is divided into 2 phases (BA A and BA B). BA A contains the basic repair and completion of the components Nordkopf (NK), Nordfluegel (NF), Mittelbau Nord (MN), Mittelbau Mitte (MM), and the erection of the new Tempiettos (entrance building).
The BA B covers the basic repair and addition of the components Mittelbau-Sued (MS), the Suedfluegel (SF), the Suedkopf (SK) and the Neubauten 4 The wing and bridge over the copper trench, the underground connecting buildings of the Archaeological Promenade (AP) between the Bode Museum / PMU and the PMU / NewMuseum. With the BA B, all outdoor facilities in the vicinity of the PMU are to be finally produced. The construction work is currently taking place in BA A.
The location of the components is shown in the plan D10178PMU_Uebersichtsplan-Baukoerper-120110 and in the layout section Archaeological Promenade Museumsinsel.
The construction of BA B is to begin immediately after the completion of BA A.For this purpose, a design documentation structure must be set up in compliance with essential design specifications of OM Unger and taking into account new requirements for BA B.
Additional general descriptions of the construction work are included in the annex, difficult ground, high TGA share (air-conditioning, artificial light areas, building automation, etc.), building during ongoing museum operation in the adjoining BA A of the PMU, exhibits permanently attached to the building remain in the building during the construction work.

The following special services are intended:

- Participationg in the creation of a cross-trade commissioning concept and the creation of a differentiated schedule for the planning u. Implementation of commissioning,
- Contributing to the creation, coordination and updating of an interface drawing "Interaction of the trades", to display all messages from and to communication, security and information technologyTrades, lifts and electrical installations,
- Setting up, monitoring and updating of a differentiated construction schedule for WG 8,
- Development of data for the planning of third parties, compilation, handover, vote updating (technically involved for the plants of WG 1 to 7 Fire protection, building physics),
- consideration of the interfaces to the techn. Systems from BA A,
- Implementation of comprehensive economic efficiency calculation. in Lph 2,
- Preparation of detailed proof of economic efficiency and operating cost calculation. in Lph 3.
A gradual allocation of benefits is planned. However, a legal claim to the transfer of all benefits does not exist.
Eligible are:
Natural persons who are freelance and entitledto be the professional title of engineer.
legal persons whose statutory business purpose includes the technical / planning services corresponding to the project, provided that they appoint a responsible professional for the performance of the task.

Further information:
1) The application form must be completed in full by the application deadline and submitted electronically in text form by the managing director (s) and / or the authorized representative (s). - 126b BGB on the eVergabe platform of the federal government (http://www.evergabe-online.info) to submit. Applications submitted in paper form will not be considered. A subWriting or signature on the application form is not necessary. However, the name of the authorized person must be stated in the signature field. 2) Proof of signature authority is given by the candidate, in the case of the tenderer bodyaft of each member.
