For the general refurbishment of the garden indoor swimming pool Leipheim the technical planning technical equipment for the groups of equipment 4, 5 and 6 acc. - 53 HOAI in phases 1-3 and 5-9 acc.- 55 HOAI and special services are ordered.

The indoor swimming pool Leipheim was built by the administrative district of Guenzburg in the years 1968-1970. Since 1.1.2018 the indoor swimming pool Leipheim is operated by the Zweckverband Hallenbad Nord. The building has a gross floor area of 4, 300 m and has the following water surfaces: 25 m Sportbecken, instructional swimming pool 75 m, toddler pool 27 m, tube slide (82 m) with landing pool 12.5 m, outdoor pool 127 m. There is also a solarium, swimming pool gastronomy, indoor sauna area 290 m (with ice fountain, bar, steam bath, plunge pool, biosauna and Finnish sauna) and a log cabin sauna in the outdoor area. After examining several options with the help of an external consultant waeIn June 2018, the association meeting unanimously approved the general refurbishment of the indoor swimming pool as a suitable solution for the future. The goal of the general refurbishment is to be a "family-oriented sports bath with sauna." The water surfaces in the interior should be preserved in their current size, the toddler area, the sauna and the outdoor area should be in the sense of attraction and ube processed. In particular, the technical equipment and bathing technology no longer meets today's requirements and requires a redesign according to current standards. The financing of the measure takes place over the annual burden of the Zweckverbandes, thus must be considered in the planning of the follow-up costs for operation and maintenance and the investmentbe compared. The construction should take place from spring 2022 to autumn 2023. During this time, the indoor pool is closed. The contractor must be able to serve the customer's cost data transfer interface.
