As part of a negotiation process in accordance with - 17 VgV with an upstream participation competition should the performance of the specialist conveyor systems (KGR 460), as part of the measureme "renovation of the main building" will be awarded to the headquarters of the Deutsche Bundesbank in Frankfurt am Main The central location of the Deutsche Bundesbank headquarters in Frankfurt is said to be the property on theWilhelm-Epstein-Strasse 14, which must be extensively renovated, revitalized and restructured in order to meet future requirements.

The current campus consists of 15 existing buildings that are placed on the property in a partly park-like, partly parking-like environment. As part of the implementation of the "one-site strategy", the main building will also be completely satrefurbished and modernized. In addition to the renovation of the main building, the entire property will be modernized, so that further planning and construction work will take place at the same time, and some of the existing buildings will remain in operation.

"Renovation of the main building" (subject of the contract):

The main building in the style of brutalism with high symbolic meaning stands as central element of the futureCampus. The measure "Refurbishment of the main building" comprises the complete renovation and modernization of the building mentioned, including operational readiness and workshops, connecting house with oil tank farm and casino (large canteen).

The main building is expected to be completely opened in summer 2021 1, pre-measure 2 and main measuree):

In the preliminary measure 1, the inventory of "art on the building", the dismantling of the art, the clearing, gutting and hazardous substance rehabilitation and the returning of the building to a quasi-unfinished state takes place.

In the preliminary measure 2, the structural dismantling (load-bearing components ), the facade dismantling, the dismantling of the roof seal and the concrete renovation.

In the main measure, dhe reconstruction of the new metal and concrete facade including the roof seal and the complete new construction and modernization of the main house, the building technology including control centers, casino plus kitchen technology and storage and logistics areas, operational readiness / workshops, the connecting building and the boiler house with oil tank storage.

The subject of this order is the specialist planning services ofConveyor systems (KGR 460) of the main measure for the project "Refurbishment of the main building". In particular, the following planning disciplines are to be carried out by the contractor:

- planning of hoists;

- planning of hoists and fire services;

- planning of stair and platform lifts (barrier-free Construction);

- Planning of crane systems and hoists in technical rooms, workshops and in the areaen the delivery of goods;

- planning of loading ramps;

- planning of a tray conveyor system in the casino;

- planning of small goods transport systems (if necessary).

The beginning of the service provision is planned for the fourth quarter of 2020. The start of construction of preliminary measure 1 is scheduled to begin in summer 2021 immediately after the building is cleared. The reference skills for the building are includedplanned for the end of 2027.

The main tasks of the contractor are:

Basic services and special services of LP1 to LP9, acc. HOAI 2013, AHO Issue No. 14. The performance pictures are made available with the invitation to submit an offer. A gradual award of the services is planned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.

1. Self-declarationConfirmation that there are no grounds for exclusion in accordance with sections 123, 124 GWB or self-cleaning measures in accordance with section 125 GWB (form included in the application documents,

2. Extract from the professional register (commercial register or craft role) (as far as the registration is provided according to the legal regulations of the country from which the bidder comes)Extract must not be older than 6 months (deadline: submission deadline for applications);

In the case of applicant groups, the declarations and evidence required under Section III.1.1) must be submitted by each individual member of the applicant group. All of the declarations and evidence required under III.1.1) are minimum requirements for suitability. The client reserves the rightto request additional documents to provide additional information on the suitability of the applicant / members of the applicant community and to confirm self-declarations. Self-declaration about the total annual turnover (net) of the company (or in total for a bidding communityaft) as well as the self-declaration on the annual turnover of the company in the area of TGA planning for conveyor systems (KGR 460) including the share of the services performed together with other companies in the last 3 completed business years (form included in the application documents, see "Application for participation" ).

2. Certificate of existence of a business liabilityinsurance with details of the amount insured. In the case of a group of applicants, the application for participation in the procurement procedure for the community as a whole must be submitted. that is, the sales figures of the individual members of the community are to be added.

2. Answering questions about the procedure and saAll communication between the parties involved and the awarding agency takes place exclusively via the German awarding portal at http://www.dtvp.de.
