Energy-management services.
This reliance is configured as services and works as provided for by Article. 28 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016; is divided into 3 phases:
1) The first phase and a time to receive tenders by economic operators in the marketNo possession of the requirements, accompanied by a proposal for the preparatory activities and the realization of the monitoring system, and detection of windiness area data selected by the municipality in Sparavalle locality. 2) At the conclusion of the first phase it will be activated the second phase ie the dialogue only with the candidates admitted to the first phase and on the basis of windiness data collected on the monitored site, and will be required participants to propose the best solution for construction of the wind farm, its management (energy contract, concession contract for services, etc ...) And the procedure of reliance to be placed based on race in the next step.
3) The third stage and aimed at the request and evaluation of the best offer on the basis of the project, taken as a whole, selected in step 2 for the detection of the subject custodial for the realization and management of the wind park, the management and maintenance of the plants realized, the management of the coits ntratto.
For the first phase of this dialogue - bid bond, performance bond by the contractor and surety by all the companies admitted and placed on the list: set out in detail in the tender documents - Phase 1, which will be published at http: //www.provincia.re.it
La procedure and fully financed through a capital injection privator. This expectation and subject to the obligations in terms of traceability of financial flows in art. 3 of L. 136/2010. Additional information about the Phase 1 are given in the tender documents - Phase 1.
Are allowed to participate in this procedure, the subjects in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 in compliance with the provisions in Articles 45, 47, 48 of the Decree medth, the requirements and capabilities required by the tender documents - Phase 1.

with regard to the requirements ofthe professional suitability, according to art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, are allowed to participate in this procedure, subjects enrolled in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture or in the Register of the provincial commission for the craft or to persons not established in Italy, in the professional register or trade foreign state in which it established the'Company. The inscription must be an activity exerted inherent in the object of the present procedure (wind power plants or the production of energy from renewable sources).
The possession of these requirements will have to be declared by the operator by means of self-competitor, made pursuant to the Presidential Decree 445/2000, preferably by filling in the model that will be published on the sito http://www.provincia.re.it, in the corresponding page to this procedure.
