KfW intends to enter into a framework agreement for the following services:

The planned quantities are as follows:
1) RSA SecureID 700 Authenticator (Token): 10) 000 pieces
2) RSA Authentication Manager(Licenses): 2 000 pieces
3) RSA Secure Care Enhanced Maintenance: 7 000 pieces
The quoted quantities are based on a forecast for KfW's total needs over the duration of the framework agreement of 4 years. Deviations are possible both upwards and downwards. KfW does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities. The details are given in the contract termsand the price sheet of the tender documents.
Declarations by the applicant / members of the applicant association on:
- Absence of the exclusionary grounds under -- 123, 124 GWB and, if necessary, for self-cleaning in accordance with - 125 GWB;
- the commercial register number (s).
The candidate / consortium makes the following comments:
- Statement on net annual turnover (full yearsales, turnover in the area of activity of the order)
- Declaration and proof in the case of commissioning no later than 14 calendar days after award of the contract for the conclusion of a company / professional liability insurance with a lump sum of at least 5, 000, 000 E per insured event for personal injury and property damage as well as a lump sum of 100, 000 EUR Euro per insured event for Vermoepercentages are maximized twice per calendar year. The insurance is held for the entire period of the contract, alternatively self-declaration on the existence of a corresponding insurance cover and its maintenance over the entire period of contract performance.
