Due to organizational adjustments to internal processes, it is necessary to enter GIZ's "campus" at Dag-Hammarskjoeld 1-5, Hauptstrasse 119 and Hauptstrasse 129 in 65760 Eschborn Moving of individual offices and entire departments within and between the houses-in the property. Furthermore, transport between the individual buildings as well as within the individual building is required. The object of the order are the corresponding transport and removal services for office equipment. Main site: Eschborn

Effective support requires the use of "permanent staff", who is familiar with the houses after a short training period and can work independently. As "permanent staff", a pool of at least 4 trained staff members should be provided, who can be mutually represented and supplemented with additional helpers as needed.

The activities to be performed are divided into three main areas:

1.1 Work in progress:

In addition to the normal moveactivities are to be completed on-going work, such as: furniture transport within the houses; if furniture is no longer required, these are to be stored in the basement, necessary furniture parts are to be collected from the warehouse and brought to the requesting office,

- Participation in cleaning up,

- Entrueming actions of cellars or storage rooms,

- renovation works,

- transport of a piano or safe inside the houses,

- loading of containers with old furniture for disposal,

- daily preparation of the meeting rooms and the auditorium, such as conversion of the seating, presentation material / pick up etc.

1.2 Moving of individual office units:

If organizational units are smaller or larger, the furniture of individual offices must be moved. These activities are to be carried out by the permanent staff on site. The regular office unit consists of:

- 1 desk with 1 rollcontainer and 1 office chair,

- 1 file / wardrobe,

- 1 sideboard,

- 1 visitor's table with 2Stuehlen,

- 1 PC with screen (including disconnect, disconnect from the network, transport and cabling at the new location completely ready for operation),

- 3-5 moving boxes for small parts, plants,

- 12-15 moving boxes for files; alternatively 1-2 file trolleys.

The lead time for the retrieval of these services is usually two working days,

1.3 relocation of several office units of a group or compartmentng:

If you move groups of office units that can not be mapped by your own staff (from 10 office units), you will be billed via items 4 ff. If more than 15 units are moved and the person lifts are added as Goods lift are used, these are to be lined up to the protection against damagesregular office unit consists of:

- 1 desk with 1 rollcontainer and 1 office chair,

- 1 file wardrobe,

- 1 sideboard,

- 1 visitor's table with 2 chairs,

- 1 PC with screen (including disconnect, disconnect from network, transport and at the new location completely ready to use),

The lead time for calling these services is usually at least five business days.

The following documents must be submitted with the tender:

- proof of quality management compliance (ISO EN 9001 or equivalent),

clearance certificate from the tax office,

- Social security clearance.
