Electricity distribution and related services.

Supply of electricity and management of associated services, for low voltage users related to common areas and facilities serving buildings owned and / or managed by ater of the Province of Rome for the period 1.1.2019 31.12.2019 IGC 7650465370

The offer must be accompanied by aprovisional provision pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, equal to 2% of the presumed amount of the contract referred to in point II.2.1 above, to be established according to the procedures and conditions indicated below.

This guarantee must be validated for at least 180 days, if it expires earlier than The final award must be renewed for the further period that the company will requireda.

In the case of temporary groupings or ordinary consortiums, not yet established, the surety guarantee must be payable to all members.

The amount of the provisional and reduced guarantee of 50%, in the cases provided for by art. 93, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. To take advantage of this benefit, the competitor must insert in the envelope containing the administrative documentation, the photocopia (presented in certified copy pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000) of the quality system certificate in compliance with the European standards of the UNI EN ISO 9000 series indicating the activity for which it was issued that will have to be consistent with the nature mainly construction of the contract. It is specified that, in the case of temporary groupings or ordinary consortia, the reduction of git will be possible only if all the competitors, constituting the temporary grouping or consortium, are in possession of the aforesaid requisites.

The contractor is obliged, before the stipulation of the contract, to give final security in accordance with art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Billing will be issued by the Contractor on a monthly basis. Invoices must be issued and accompanied bythe information and details in Attachment B published together with the Special Tender Specifications on the corporate website www.aterprovinciadiroma.it

In particular, the monthly invoicing cycle must be sent as described in Annex B, referred to above. Payments will be made by bank transfer due 30 days from the date of correct receipt of the flow-invoicing, as defined in Attachment B published together with the Special Tender Specifications on the institutional website www.aterprovinciadiroma.it, however no later than the second useful thursday after the aforementioned deadline.

The RUP has the right to bind the payments to the acquisition of the DURC certifying the contributory regularity of the Contractor.

General requirements:

It is not allowedthe participation in the tender of competitors for which there are:

a) the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) judgments, although not definitive, confirmed at the time of appeal, relating to offenses that preclude participation in tenders, pursuant to art. 67, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree 6.9.2011, n. 159 and ss. mm. ii.;

c) failure to comply with their companyfrom, of the security obligations provided by the current legislation; d) the existence of any of the forms of control set forth in art. 2359 of the Italian Civil Code with other competitors taking part in the tender;

f) the conditions set forth in art. 53, paragraph 16-ter of Legislative Decree 165/2001.

The Economic Operator must be in possession of the following Special Requirements:

- To have the qualification to be qualifiedthe sale of electricity on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 79 of 16.3.1999 and ss.mm. ii.,

- To be registered in the Business Register for activities related to this supply,

- To be a market operator and a dispatching user,

- To be able to supply electricity at the sites referred to to the annex to the Special Specifications of Appalto available on the website www.aterprovinciadiroma.it, with effect from 1.1.2019.
