Telematic open procedure with electronic auction for the supply of electricity for the year 2021

The contract relates to the supply of electricity, nationally produced and / or imported, administered by a manufacturer or a suitable wholesaler, for the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 against a contract entered into on the free market pursuant toLegislative Decree no. 79 of 16.3.1999, for an indicative presumed total of 41 998 MWh / year with certificates of guarantee of origin production from renewable sources.

The presumed value of the supply of electricity, subject to a decrease, and equal to 2 645 874, 00 EUR plus VAT corresponding to the energy component only, excluding ancillary and system charges and taxes based on the GME PUN index forthe presumed year 2021 equal to 63.00 EUR / MWh.

The amount for the general charges relating to the support of renewable energy and cogeneration, the remaining general charges, the components, UC3, UC6 as defined by ARERA and taxes for the supply of EE (EE GO production from renewable sources) and equal to presumed 4 199 800.00 EUR VAT, based on an assumed value of 100.00 EUR / MWh.

The amounttotal allocated for the contract and presumed to be 6 845 674.00 EUR plus VAT (including energy component, ancillary and system charges).

The amount indicated above must be considered as the maximum amount of expenditure.

present the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with respect to which there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the samedecree.

Competitors must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or with one of the professional or commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Competitors must submit:

- substitute declaration pursuant to Presidential Decree of 28.12.2000, n. 445, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the annex, which at least two institutes dthe receivables, of which at least one of national importance, are able to attest the economic and financial suitability of the economic operator for the assumption of the supply in question, subject to transmitting, in the event of an award, the certifications made by the institutions indicated; in the case of gathered competitors, it is sufficient for each participant to produce at least one declarationration.

Any clarifications regarding the procedure can be requested no later than 7.5.2020 at 12:00 by telematic means using the platform: https://app.albofornitori.it/alboeproc/albo_cafc

No answers will be provided to questions received after the deadline indicated above.

Communications and exchanges of information between CAFC SpA and economic operators will take placeno via the e-procurement platform or by certified e-mail.

The bidder will not be able to submit variations with respect to what is required in the technical supply specification.

The award will be made by electronic auction (art.56 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016) on the basis of the of the lowest price (art. 95, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016) determined by indicating the unit prices.

The unit prices offered will be fixed and unchangedable for the entire duration of the supply (1.1.2021-31.12.2021).
