Supply of electricity to the tapping points of the municipality of Ense.

Delivery of electricity to the tapping points of the municipality of Ense with an energy requirement of approx. 1.1 million kWh / a for approx. 70 delivery points.

I. Prequalification according to No. 6 of the application conditions or uniform European suitability declaration according to No. 6 of the application conditions or notification acc. § 5 Energy Industry Act (EnWG).

II. Declaration on sales and references.

Information on the company`s annual sales and the annual sales in electricity sales in the last 3 completed business years. The order is only placed with bidders who have a minimum annual turnover in the last 3 closed business yearsz in electricity sales of EUR 1.0 million / a. If an offer is not made for all lots, the minimum annual turnover is reduced proportionately according to the advertised annual volume shares of the individual lots.

At least 3 references from comparable customers must be submitted. Comparable customers are understood to be individual customers or the grouping of several jointly procuring customers of the bidder who have made a delivery with the bidder within the last 3 yearshave signed a contract for electricity or natural gas. At least one reference with 20 or more delivery points to be supplied must be named.

III. Evidence that must be submitted after a separate request by the registrar - bank information, not older than 6 months.
