Electricity. The contract concerns the stipulation of an agreement for the supply of electricity, as better described in the tender documents. Each tenderer must provide a temporary deposit for an amount of 1 800 000, 00 EUR, equal to 2% of the estimated value of the electricity component (as shown in the table in paragraphfo 1.1 of the Disciplinary of competition), eventually reduced according to the provisions of art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, according to the procedures and conditions established in the said Competition Regulations. Each winning bidder must also make a definitive bond according to the provisions of the tender regulations.
