Note:

The lacking suitability or lack of technical capability of a designated NU may lead to the bid being excluded.

The tenderer is entitled to exchange a designated NU if he fails to provide the required declarations / proof and the awarding authority Therefore the offer wants to exclude. The new NU is under presentation of the proofse / statements within 6 working days after notification of the contracting authority. Alternatively, the Tenderer may, within that time limit, declare that he is providing the service on his own account, but, in the event that he has designated the NU for area, must be required for the particular qualification or reference of the NU, in accordance with (the requirements of the NU ) prove that hethe qualification or references are fulfilled in the own company.
