Supply of electrical consumables

Open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the assignment of the supply, in several periodic deliveries, as needed, of electrical consumables, small equipment and instrumentation, necessary for the maintenance activities of the AQP systems, divided inton 8 lots, through the legal instrument of the framework agreement with a single economic operator. The detail of the supply is contained in the tender specification and in the technical specifications.

Supply of electrical consumables, small equipment and instrumentation for maintenance of AQP AED San Severo AET plants San Severo (CIG n. 8260504F88). Offers are required for purchase.

A) determines to contract prot. n. 18 412 of 9.3.2020;

b) subcontracting is not allowed;

c) no inspection is envisaged;

d) excluding arbitration, the competent court and that of Bari;

e) verification of anomalous offers pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

f) the award will be madeion even in the presence of only one valid offer, provided that it is deemed appropriate and convenient pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

g) and faculty of the contracting authority not to proceed with the award of the tender if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 12, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

h) related expensesupon publication of the notice and notices they are the responsibility of the successful tenderer (s) and must be reimbursed to the contracting authority within sixty days of the award; in the case of multiple successful bidders, they will be distributed proportionally to the auction amount of the lots awarded;

i) the procedure will take place through the use of a telematic system through thewhich will be managed the phases of qualification for the tender of the competitors, the presentation of the offer, with the verification and evaluation of the administrative documentation presented, the determination of the suspect offers of anomaly and award, as well as the exchange of information and communications as best specified in the tender specification;

j) the contract will be concluded mediumbefore private writing pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 14 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. Any costs related to the stipulation of the contract and its possible tax registration will be charged to the successful tenderer / contractor;
