Framework contract for electrical equipment for new buildings

The Staedtisches Klinikum Muenchen GmbH (StKM) will be carrying out several large-scale construction projects in its clinics in Schwabing, Bogenhausen, Harlaching and Neuperlach in Munich over the next few years.

The subject of the award is the delivery of the majorityStructural Measures with Electrical Equipment Equipment and Products.

The StKM will provide the various construction companies of the large-scale construction with these specified electrical products in the specification of supply.

List and brief description of the conditions for absence of exclusion / suitability (form Annex 8) Tenderer / the TendererIn order to meet the eligibility criteria, the capacity of other companies (so-called fitness-lending companies) to make use of the capacities of each of these suitability-lending companies is as follows: proof of non-existence of exclusion criteria and proof of fulfillment of the appropriate eligibility criteria(1) submission of an excerpt from the professional or commercial register or, in the case of tenderers from outside Germany, from a comparable register of the State in which the tenderer is established, as far as: an entry under the legislation of the State in which the tenderer establishedis en, is provided. The extract must reflect the current status and may not be older than 3 months at the time of the submission of the offer.

5) Proof (insurance certificate or certificate) of an existing public liability insurance of the tenderer in an insurer approved in a Member State of the EU or a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area with a coverage of at least

a) 2 000 EUR 000 for personal injury per person; and (b) EUR 1 000 000 forMaterial damage;

c) whereby the maximization of the compensation must amount to at least twice the aforementioned coverage per calendar year.

6) Self-declaration of the total turnover as well as the turnover in the scope of the contract (supply of comparable electronic articles), in each case for the last 3 completed business years (2016 to 2018), each in EUR net. shallIf the activity-related turnover can not be determined exactly, a respective activity-related turnover must be stated that was at least achieved in the relevant business year. The value shall then be marked accordingly.

Contractual terms:

VOL / B, 2003 edition shall apply unless otherwise stipulated in this document or in the tender documentsare; such always take precedence.

The supplier guarantees the availability of the tendered products offered by him in the offer. The products offered by him are fixed by contract and may not be replaced by the supplier during the contract period without the prior written consent of others.
