Construction of a 3-storey office building with a 3-storeyunderground car park in the courtyard of the district office.

The offer must be submitted:

liability insurance, Proof of specialist contractor, proof of the usability of construction products for the products offered (e.g. general construction worklegal approvals, test certificate), techn. Description of the manufacturer (product data sheet, safety data sheet).

The placing of the order can be made dependent on the following evidence:

1) The suitability is based on self-declarations according to Proof of the "Self-declaration of suitability" form. The form can be found at www.vergabe.bayern.de under the heading Publications at dhe assignment number 1-0683-9454-070 is available for download. The certificates specified in the "Self-declaration of suitability" form must be submitted within 6 calendar days of the request of the clientIf the order is based on the capabilities of other companies, the declarations in accordance with the form "Self-declaration of suitability" must also be submitted with the offer for these other companies. The certificates must also be submitted for these other companies within 6 calendar days after the client`s request in particular:

a) The company`s turnover in each casebased on the last 3 completed business years, insofar as it relates to construction work and other services that are comparable to the work to be contracted, including the share of orders carried out jointly with other companies;

b) the performance of services in the last 3 completed business years that are comparable to the performance to be awardednd;

c) The number of employees on average in the past 3 completed business years, broken down by wage groups with specially designated technical management personnel;

d) Entry in the professional register of their seat or place of residence, as well as information;

e) Whether an insolvency procedure or opens a comparable legal procedure or the Eopening has been requested or the application has been rejected due to lack of funds or a bankruptcy plan has been legally confirmed;

f) whether the company is in liquidation;

g) that it has been proven that no serious misconduct has been committed that questions the reliability of the applicant;

h) That the obligation to pay taxes and duties as well as contributions to the statutorySocial security was duly fulfilled;

i) That the company has registered with the employer`s liability insurance association.

2) Further references required with the offer:

The offer includes 3 references with client confirmation for the performance of services in the last 3 completed calendar years, the with the performance to be awarded for building management systemsare to be submitted.

With the offer, 1 reference must be submitted with the client`s confirmation for the performance of services in the last 3 completed calendar years, which is comparable with the building management system to be awarded, net contract value of at least EUR 90, 000.00;

3 ) The liability insurance certificate and the specialist entrepreneur certificate are deducted with the offerJust.

1) The suitability is based on self-explanations according to Proof of the form "Self-declaration for suitability". The form is available for download at www.vergabe.bayern.de under the heading Publications at award number 1-0683-9454-070. The certificates specified in the form "Self-declaration for suitability" are within 6 calendarsdays after request by the client.

The subcontracting services and the subcontractor`s obligations must be submitted with the offer. If the bidder relies on the capabilities of other companies to fulfill the order, the declarations in accordance with the "Self-declaration of suitability" form are also valid for these other companies with theSubmit offer. The certificates must also be submitted for these other companies within 6 calendar days of being requested by the client. These are in particular:

a) The company`s turnover based on the last 3 completed business years, insofar as it relates to construction and other services that are comparable to the work to be contracted, belowhe inclusion of the share in contracts carried out jointly with other companies;

b) the performance of services in the last 3 completed business years that are comparable to the service to be awarded;

c) the number of employees in the last 3 completed business years on average per year, divided into wage groups with separately shownits technical management staff;

d) The entry in the professional register of their registered office or place of residence, as well as information;

e) Whether an insolvency procedure or a comparable statutory procedure has been opened or the opening has been requested or the application has been rejected due to lack of funds or an insolvency plan has become final was confirmed;

g) That there is demonstrably no serious misconduct that questions the reliability of the applicant;
