FoAmendment from III.1.4):

Obligation to submit a copy of the relevant certificate together with the current attachment in accordance with - 5 VI of the AZAV at the request of the awarding authority. In addition, it must be stated that they will, if necessary, have a localized carrier license at the earliest when the measures begin.

Section III: Information on any grounds for exclusion and any measures that may be applicablefor self-cleaning.
