Obligation, at the request of the awarding authority, to send a copy of the correspondingcertificate and current attachment in accordance with - 5 VI AZAV. In addition, it must be stated that they will be provided with a location-based carrier permit if necessary

Section III: Information on any exclusion reason and any measures for self-cleaning.
