Measure "NewSTART" to Establish Competitiveness

Target group are unemployed, employable workers over 25 years, at which the work and social behavior should be strengthened, eg customers who after the maximum VerweDuration of Employment Opportunities (AGH) are not yet sufficient for placement in the 1st job market or further qualification or customers who have not worked for at least 24 months under social security.

The objectives of the measure are:

- resource-oriented profiling,
