To cover the need for specialized equipment isIt is necessary to identify, motivate and subsequently qualify potential applicants in order to avoid bottlenecks in the labor market.

The core element of the measure is the eligibility assessment as well as the preparation for a partial qualification, retraining and placement in a company retraining the measure according to - 16 Abs. 1 S. 1 SGB II i.-V. - 45 (1) sentence 1 Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 SGB III is the combination of elements for:

- introduction to the training and employment market, - identification, reduction or elimination of placement barriers,

- placement in a company retraining,

- stabilization of a company retraining measure.

A total of 35 places are planned in the measure.
