1) This Invitation for tenders follows the General procurement notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement notices (www.ebrd.com) on 28.4.2017..

2) GKP "Semey Vodokanal" hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser", intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Semey water project..

3) The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from suppliers for the following contract[s] to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:.

Supply of Leak detection and CCTV equipment.

— Pipeline Locating Equipment (1 pcs).

— Metal Detector (1 pcs).

— Acoustic Leak Detector (1 pcs).

— Noise Logger (1 pcs).

— Leak Noise Correlator (1 pcs).

— CCTV Inspection System (1 pcs).

4) The Goods are to be delivered to Semey..

5) Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country..

6) To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

Average annual turnover.

Average annual turnover as prime Supplier (defined as billing for goods and services delivered and under delivery) over the last 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016) must be at least of not less than 120 000 EUR equivalents..
