1) This Invitation for tenders follows the General procurement notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement notices (www.ebrd.com) on 28.4.2017..

2) GKP "Semey Vodokanal" hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser", intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Semey water project..

3) The purchaser now invites sealed tenders from suppliers for the following contract[s] to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:.

Supply of specialised vehicles.

— Lot A: Vehicles for emergency and Rehabilitation works (2 pcs), .

— Lot B: Service transporters (3 pcs), .

— Lot C: Crane truck (1 pcs), .

— Lot D: Trenchless machine (1 pcs)..

4) The goods are to be delivered to Semey..

5) Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders..

6) Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country..

7) To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

Average annual turnover as prime supplier (defined as billing for goods and services delivered and under delivery) over the last 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016) must be at least of not less than 120 000 EUR equivalent per each Lot..
