This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 8.9.2016 and updated on 25.9.2017..

LLP "Kyzylzhar Su" hereinafter referred to as "the purchaser", intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Petropavlovsk water project..

The purchaser now invites sealed tenders from suppliers for the following contracts to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:.

— Lot 1: supply of pipes, .

— Lot 2: supply of pipeline fittings..

The scope of delivery for Lot 1 covers about 25 000 m of PE100 polyethylene pipes of various diameters. Lot 2 include supply of fittings including valves, sleeves, bands, etc. necessary for installation of the procured pipes. The above-mentioned goods shall be delivered to the purchaser's warehouse in Petropavlovsk, the Republic of Kazakhstan..

Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders..

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country..

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

(a) The tenderer shall have the average annual turnover over the last three (3) years equivalent, to at least:.

— 820 000 EUR for Lot 1, .

— 100 000 EUR for Lot 2..

(b) The tenderer shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the production cash flow for the contract estimated as not less than equivalent of:.

(c) The tenderer shall have the experience as Supplier, in at least two (2) contracts within the last three (3) years, each with a value not less than equivalent of:.
