Supply and management of equipment for the automatic distribution of hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and prepackaged food.

Entrusting of the supply and management of automatic distribution equipment for hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and pre-packaged foodstuffs, spaces are located at the bodies participating in the tender procedure.

Forequipment for automatic distribution of hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks and prepackaged food for the following administrations: ARTE Imperia, Municipality of Ventimiglia, Municipality of Sanremo, ASL 1

Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for coherent activitieswith those object of the present tender procedure.

The tender procedure is managed with the telematic system called Sintel, to which it is necessary to be previously registered, and accessible from the site www.arca.regione.lombardia.it, whose description and modality of use for the purpose of presenting the offer and specified in the specifications and the related Annex, as well as in the manualstechnicians available on the website www.arca.regione.lombardia.it. A copy of the tender documentation and also published on the profile of the client at the address https://www.regione.liguria.it/bandi-e-avvisi.html. The specific requirements concerning the concession, the methods of presentation and the elements of evaluation of the offers, the subcontracting (sub-concession), the further causes ofthe clusion and the other tender information are contained in the tender regulations and related attachments. The duration of the individual concession contracts coinciding with the validity and effectiveness of the agreement. The modalities of participation in the case of a temporary grouping of companies, in the case of aggregations between companies participating in the network contract, and in the case of a consortium areiplined in the Disciplinary of competition. Partial and / or conditional offers are not allowed. The competitors, with the submission of offers, allow the processing of their personal data, in accordance with European Regulation no. 679/2016. Any alteration of the tender documentation published in an editable format is forbidden. Competitors must undertake to verify, during all the stages of the competition, the Sintel platform at the above address, on which information and clarifications will be published (FAQ). All communications will take place exclusively in Italian and all exchanges of information between theContracting Authority and the economic operators are considered validly made exclusively by means of the function on the Sintel platform.
