Supply of unleaded petrol and diesel for motor vehicles of the Ancon Ambitente S.p.A. Municipality of Ancona - CIG code n. 7984760067

The object of the contract is the supply of unleaded petrol and diesel for motor vehicles of the Ancon Ambitente S.p.A. at the cisterns located in the two depots of the Municipality of Ancona of via del Commercio 27 and ofvia Einaudi 26. The petrol and diesel fuel that will be supplied must comply with the chemical and physical characteristics established in the respective UNI EN 590 and UNI EN 228 standards in force at the time of each single supply.

Main Site: Municipality of Ancona via del Commercio 27 and via Einaudi 26.

The contract concerns the supply of unleaded petrol and diesel for autotraof the vehicles of the AnconMbiente S.p.A. at the tanks located in the two depots of the Municipality of Ancona, via del Commercio 27 and via Einaudi 26. The petrol and diesel fuel that will be supplied must comply with the chemical-physical characteristics established in the respective UNI EN 590 and UNI EN standards 228 in force at the time of each single supply.

A) is not foundno in situations of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and / or conditions of incapacity to contract with the public administration in reference to the current anti-mafia legislation and / or not having entrusted tasks in violation of art. 53, paragraph 16ter of Legislative Decree 165/2001;

b) are in compliance with the provisions of law 18.10.2001, n. 383 and subsequent amendments and the Legislative Decree 25.09.2002, n. 210, converted with law 22.11.2002, n. 266, if and to the extent applicable;

c) are registered in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or any corresponding registers in the States of residence for foreign companies established in a EEC country, under the conditions provided for in `art. 83 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.
