Supply of diesel for generator sets.

Main Site: At Acea ATO2 S.p.A. dislocated in the Optimal Territorial Area 2 - Central Lazio.

Supply of diesel for generator sets.

Information and formalities necessary to evaluate the conformity to the requirements:

R1)i to the art. 80 and 83, paragraph 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R2) absence of the interdictory situations referred to in art. 48, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R3) pursuant to art. 37 of Law 122/2010 for economic operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001, possession of the authorization issued toaccording to the D.M. 14.12.2010;

R4) absence of the cause of exclusion pursuant to art. 1 bis, paragraph 14, of the law 383/2001 and, more generally, of all the causes of exclusion from the participation of the competitor to the award procedures provided for by the current legislation;

R5) unconditional acceptance of the provisions contained in the adopted by the ACEA group.

This call for tenders is announced by ACEA S.p.A. in the name and on behalf of ACEA ATO2 S.p.A. - ACEA Group SpA pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 ss.mm.ii.
